LICENSE GRANT
Icepine Systems, Inc. ("Icepine Systems") grants you a non-exclusive license to use this software, and any associated documentation ("The Software"), as indicated herein.
The Software is provided "AS IS" without warranty of any kind, either express or implied, including, but not limited to warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In no event will the author or authors be liable to you for any damages, including incidental or consequential damages, arising out of the use of the program, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. You acknowledge that you have read this license, understand it and agree to be bound by its terms as the complete and exclusive statement of the agreement between us, superseding any proposal or prior agreement, oral or written, and any other communications between us relating to the subject matter of this license.
REGISTERED USER AGREEMENT
Each registered copy (license) of the Software may be used in only one single location by one user, that indicated on:
This registered Software may be installed on a maximum of two computers, so long as it is ONLY running on one system at any time: i.e. one installation at home and one installation at the office and used only by the licensee. If you install the Software onto a multi-user platform or network, each and every individual user of the Software must be registered separately. You may make one copy of the registered Software for backup purposes, providing you only have one copy installed on one computer being used by one person. If any person other than yourself uses the Software registered in your name, regardless of whether it is at the same time or different times, then this agreement is being violated.
Use of the software means that you have loaded the program and run it with one license key onto a computer.
The sale of and/or distribution of the Software full version applications and/or licenses (registration key files) is strictly forbidden. It is a violation of this agreement to loan, rent, lease, borrow, or transfer the use of full version applications and/or key files of the Software.
EVALUATION (UNREGISTERED) USER AGREEMENT
You may evaluate the unregistered shareware version (trial version) of the Software without any charge. You may distribute this Software or allow other users to evaluate copies of the unregistered shareware version of the Software. All evaluation users are subject to the terms of this License Agreement.
Any actions of crack, unpack, reverse engineering and/or modify to the Software is strictly forbidden. You will be charged with any risks and loss yourself for doing these illegal actions. All these may result in severe civil and criminal penalties, and will be prosecuted to the maximum extent possible under international copyright and other intellectual property laws.
DISTRIBUTION OF SOFTWARE
This shareware Software may be freely distributed, provided that:
1. Such distribution includes only the original archive supplied by Icepine Systems. You may not alter, delete or add any files in the distribution archive.
2. The distribution does not include full version applications and/or registration key files. In particular, you may not distribute a registered piece of the Software.
3. No money is charged to the person receiving the Software, beyond reasonable cost of packaging and other overhead.
TERMINATION
This License is effective until terminated. You may terminate it at any time by destroying the Software, together with all copies thereof. This License will also terminate if you fail to comply with any term or condition of this Agreement. Upon such termination, you agree to destroy the Software, together with all copies thereof.

COPYRIGHT/OWNERSHIP
This Software and its source code are proprietary products of Icepine Systems and third party licensors. They are protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. The Software is licensed and not sold. You acquire only the right to use the Software and do not acquire any rights, express or implied, in the Software other than those specified in this License.

DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
The Software is supplied "AS IS". Icepine Systems disclaims all warranties, expressed or implied, including, without limitation, the warranties of merchantability and of fitness for any purpose. The user must assume the entire risk of using the Software.

DISCLAIMER OF DAMAGES
Icepine Systems assumes no liability for damages, direct or consequential, which may result from the use of the Software, even if Icepine Systems has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Any liability of the seller will be limited to refund the purchase price.

CHANGES
Icepine Systems reserves the right to make changes to this License Agreement at any time by posting the amendments on our site.
